Verdwise is an informational service that organizes and analyzes public records about Boston zoning — Zoning Board of Appeal hearing records and decisions, City of Boston assessing and permitting data, MassGIS parcel data, and public registry-of-deeds references. Approval probabilities, denial rates, timelines, and similar figures describe how comparable past filings were decided.
