The property data on this site is public record

Verdwise displays information compiled from public government sources: Boston Zoning Board of Appeal hearing records and decisions, City of Boston assessing and permitting data, MassGIS parcel data, and public registry-of-deeds references. We do not create this information — we organize and analyze records that are already public. If you believe a public record shown here is inaccurate, the authoritative correction path is the issuing agency; you can also flag it to us at hello@verdwise.com.

What we collect from you

If you email us or subscribe to updates, we keep your email address and your correspondence so we can reply and send what you asked for. Our hosting providers keep standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) used to operate and secure the service. We use basic aggregate site analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand overall usage.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing email you did not ask for.

Your choices

To unsubscribe from updates or ask us to delete your email address and correspondence, write to hello@verdwise.com and we will take care of it.
