Data freshness
Every dataset, dated and sourced
Verdwise keeps its data maximally current from official public sources: City of Boston open data refreshes daily through an automated pipeline, several panels query the City's own services live at request time, and static reference layers are labeled with their vintage. Two dates are shown for each dataset because they answer different questions: 'last synced' is when our copy was refreshed; 'latest event' is the newest real-world record inside it.
Last synced — when Verdwise's copy of the dataset was last refreshed. Latest event — the newest real-world record inside the dataset.
